What Sliduno AI collects, why, who else handles it, and how to remove it. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Who runs this service
Sliduno AI is an early-access service run by its developer as an individual, not a registered company. Questions or requests about your data: slidunosupport@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Account: your email address and a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), or the account identifier and email that Google or GitHub share when you sign in with them. Used to sign you in and to send account emails.
- Sign-in records: a session record per device with a short label such as “Chrome on Windows” and when it was last used, so you can see and end sessions from Account. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in and to protect forms; there are no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Your documents and results: the files you upload, the text read from them, and the presentations, reports and workbooks made from them. Used only to provide the service to you.
- Wait list: if sign-ups are full and you leave your email, it is kept only to tell you when a place opens. Ask us to remove it at any time.
- Usage: credits used and the cost of AI calls (without document contents), to enforce limits and spending caps.
- Account emails, once switched on: verification codes, password resets and security notices. No marketing emails are sent.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare (website) and Render (processing) host the service; Neon stores the database and files. An old address on Vercel only forwards visitors here.
- When you choose AI generation, document text is sent to Anthropic to write the slides, under Anthropic's data terms. The free preview sends nothing to an AI provider.
- Google and GitHub, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Account emails are switched off for now, so only Google sign-in is open. When they start, they will be sent through Resend, and this page will say so first.
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
- Uploaded originals and downloaded files are removed automatically after 30 days.
- Projects, their text and versions stay until you delete the project or your account.
- Deleting a project or your account removes it from active storage straight away. Automatic encrypted backups made for recovery are kept privately and deleted after 30 days.
- Records of AI costs are kept without document contents, for spending limits.
Your choices
- See, change or remove sign-in methods and end sessions from Account.
- Delete your account and everything in it from Account, at any time.
- Ask for a copy or correction of your data by writing to slidunosupport@gmail.com.
